Test Tuesday: Purple Glue

In this Test Tuesday we are testing Elmer’s brand Purple School Glue. As advertised the adhesive goes on purple and dries clear.

The test results of this glue were very similar to the white glue which is also made by Elmer’s. I found that the purple glue is slightly less effective than the traditional white school glue. All the Readi-Board, Adams Premium, No Paper, and Readi-Grid samples adhered well.

The Readi-Water Resistant sample performed the least effectively of those tested. The glue adhered better than anticipated on the Readi-Erase sample, but still not as effectively as the Readi-Board or Adams Premium samples.
